Are you thinking positive or negatively?

A Pensive Server Waits for Customers in Siem Reap - Cambodia It’s a simply question. Lately for some reason i’ve been a little over worked. When i thought about it in my mind i was over worked. Therefore it led to me being negative and that is not how i enjoy being. But anyhow it takes something to make us realize what we are doing wrong. Relax your mind and open up to new things.

Thinking negatively can result from being mentally drained not physically. Our body responds to what our mind is telling us on a daily basis’s. That goes for anything that we do. If you get physically tired its mainly because in your mind is saying that your body is tired.

Just take a look back on your life at the times where you thought negative instead of positive and or vice versa. I’m not saying that negative thinking is bad just that positive thinking is more healthy.  At times we have to adapt to our situations that we are in. Doing that decide what is the best action to take from there.

Believe in yourself even if no one else does

At times in life we will pursue many dreams. Some will continue to pursue them even if they have no belief behind them other than themselves. Others will quit because since they have no belief besides themselves.  I for one have experienced this. It helped me rebuild my confidence even more.

Believing in what you are doing is more important than anything else.  It’s not a hard thing to do. Having the will power to get out and go for it. If you don’t do that you will keep on getting what you’ve always got.

You can simply want more out of life or to keep getting what life hands you. Because you can live a completely enjoyable life as long as you believe in what you are doing.  That is what seperates a dream from just a thought.

Chase your dream no matter if someone believes in you or not.

With all this talk about positive thinking here are some activities that you can use to obtain and maintain a positive attitude.

  2. Laugh
  3. Hang out with people who are just as you are
  4. Exercise regularly
  5. Meditate
  6. Eliminate the negativity
  7. Practice gratitude
  8. Have faith in yourself
  9. Belief instilled in yourself beyond imaginable
  10. Have affirmations to read and say to yourself
  11. Watch videos, attend seminars on positive thinking
  12. Make the neccessary changes to live a more positive life and improve your life daily

Positive thinking can be another way of healing

The Sky Recently i had a conversation with an old friend. She was talking to me about how she was diagonesed with something i had forgotten. But she told me how she was thinking positive and it has been helping her. At times i have used positive thinking to heal myself.

Whenever i’m feeling bad i find a funny movie to watch laugh until i cannot laugh anymore and i feel alot better. Because to me laughter is healing for a sickened spirit. Also spending time talking with someone who you feel comfortable with is also another good solution.

Take time to notice those who constantly are so called sick and etc.  They are either negative all around or have just fallen on hard times.  But any how no matter what you are going through remain positive. Keep your head up and fight through it.

Everyday should be positive thinking

Big Possibilities That is a no brainer. We should constantly be practicing positive thinking as well living that way. It will make the so hard things not so hard any more. Also you will become more happier as well.

The reason i believe that most don’t continue to think positive is because they start doing it for the wrong reasons. The either try it for sometime and so this isn’t working so I’m through with it. It didn’t work now and it will not work if i try it again. That is the wrong mentality to have. The reason why it didn’t work is because they didn’t believe it would in the first place.

That goes for anything else  that you take on in life. You have to believe first before you take on anything.  If you didn’t believe that it would work you most likely wouldn’t have even tried.

The way to have positive thinking in your life everyday is to do things different than you have been doing. When you wake up instead of cutting on the TV and watching the news while eating breakfast do the opposite. More so eating breakfast relaxing and reading a book or thinking about how great your day is going to be.

Change your morning rountine to a more healthier stable one. The way we start our morning’s our determines how the day is going to go. I learned that secret a few months back and it was a big life changer. I went from waking up each morning eating breakfast and getting straight on the computer. The reason i stopped because it had me going full speed when there was no need to.

With positive thinking comes success

thinking dutchman So far since I’ve been thinking positive success has came easier and easier. That may sound a little odd but it’s very much true. The normal things i would’ve had problems with i no longer have those. The same thing can go for you.

Because it is honestly all in your head. You can truly accomplish anything you want to. It’s all in your head and your body is responding to what you head is telling it to do. That is something i learned from a pro skateboarder named Marc Johnson.

Then i thought let me try it out. So i thought of some tricks that i had never done before. This time i thought different about them. In my head all i could think about what landing the trick. A few tries later i did just that.

This same principle applies for anything in life. Whether you want to be a store manager, businessman/woman, school teacher and anything else you could imagine.  Positive thinking plays a big part in success. If you’ve noticed the way that successful people think is more positive than the average.
