How to balance an unbalanced lifestyle

If your current lifestyle is unbalanced or more so wearing down on you then stop doing what you are currently doing and keep reading. Because the reason that it is wearing down on you is because there hasn’t been a balance. Once you create a balance of doing certain things and etc then eveything else tends to fall into place. Finding out this formula was a great achievement.
You ever wake up certain days the alarm goes off and you crawl out of bed shut it off and push it back a few minutes? Your body is simply responding to what your mind is telling it. For example ”I’m tired and i do not want to get out of bed”. So therefore you cut the alarm off.
Meditate before you rest and go to bed. Doing that will help you clear your mind from all of the stuff that has been put into it from the day. Doing this one exercise i have since became more calm and relaxed. Focused on what matters more and whatnot.
Another cause and solution for a unbalanced lifestyle is to do what matters the most. Are you currently happy with your current reality? It probably because you don’t do things you enjoy doing. Do you enjoy Riding bikes? Walking, blogging? Then do those. Those are simply examples do what makes you happy.
Be happy even if others are not. That is plain and simple. Other people can have such a huge influence on how we think that we forget about our own way of thinking. Even if it doesn’t seem possible there is a way to be or some reason for you to be happy.
